BIG thumbs up to the North Mesa, Arizona location! After an auto accident last week, I chose Service King from the list of body shops that my insurance company works with. They facilitated the towing to the North Mesa location, and even later that day I had an update on damages. I was kept informed through all the process from the day my car arrived until today when I got the call that everything was ahead of schedule, and my car was ready to go. You guys are awesome. Your staff are incredibly polite and caring (asked me if I was okay after my auto accident, etc.). I think you really have some experts working for you, and they provide the best service possible. I was thoroughly impressed with my service at Service King. I went through my insurance, and my assigned customer service person was Doug. They assign your customer service rep based on your insurance provider. My body work totaled about $4K. They had my car a week, but they warned me it would be that long. They have a new text system that texts you when your car moves to the next step. That would have been enough for me, but Doug called and followed up as well. If they have to take apart any of your car and put it back together, they LIFETIME GUARANTEE the function and fit of those parts. For example: They had to take off my front and back passenger doors. If the windows or locks stopped working they would fully replace them. They washed and vacuumed my car when it was done, so it looked like a brand new car when I picked it up! I would definitely go back if I needed to have work done.
I also rented a car from the onsite Enterprise counter. They were extremely pleasant to work with as well. Overall, a good experience!
My experience with Gary and Service King was superb. Gary went beyond my expectations to ensure the process with my car was a positive experience. He also made sure I was updated on a regular basis on the progress of my vehicle, and that was much appreciated.
