Painting/Refinish/Polish

- Inspect body repairs complete- Sealers applied - Vehicle masking
- Vehicle in paint booth - Apply paint & clear coat - Paint drying
- Painted surfaces are polished
- Pinstriping applied - Rockguard - Two tone paint
- Bumpers polished
Reassemble Vehicle
- Installation of lamps, Air Conditioning, Install moldings, grills,
  doors, trim pieces, etc. - Mechanical work
- Front end alignment - Electrical & AirBag replacement
Clean Vehicle
- Wash - Vacuum - Make ready
- Painted panels waxed as needed
Quality Assurance
- Service Advisor performs quality control inspection
  and completes 22-point checklist
- Notify customer when ready
Vehicle Ready
- Visit collision center - Customer inspects completed repairs
- Complete final paperwork & warranty
- Review customer satisfaction survey
