    Job Summary:

    Responsible for performing clerical, accounting, secretarial and/or administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling repairs, typing correspondence, preparing reports, data entry, billing and filing.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Processes and maintains personnel related information including time clock, payroll flag sheets, employee of the month certificates, team/top shop rosters, etc.;
    2. Performs financial duties including processing of payments, preparing daily deposit log, petty cash reconciliation, collecting receivables, submitting receivable adjustments, preparing certified letters for NSF's and/or abandoned vehicles.
    3. Greets and assists customers by phone or in person, schedules vehicles for estimates, checks in vehicles, delivers and picks up vehicles and/or customers and sends 'thank you' cards and/or follow up calls to customer upon completion and delivery of vehicle.
    4. Prepares various reports and updates including morning reports, rental updates, call center updates, write-offs/collections, Advisor pay reports, production list etc;
    5. Maintains and organizes vendor invoices, over head invoices, bulletin boards, break rooms, files, office supplies, and front office;

    Qualifications:

    1. Knowledge of bookkeeping concepts, techniques, and principles;

    Job Summary:

    Examines vehicle for collision related damage and documents the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicle to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner;
    2. Educate the customer about the collision repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time;
    3. Prepare all repair damage reports in an accurate and precise manner;
    4. Supervise and route each repair including disbursement of all paperwork, scheduling, monitoring repairs, negotiating repair times, coordinating sublet work and all other aspects of the repair necessary to provide the consumer with the most expeditious and high quality repair available;
    5. Uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers;
    6. Attend daily release meetings;
    7. Service all insurance accounts in order to maintain those business relationships vital to Service King's success;

    Qualifications:

    Job Summary:

    As a Service Advisor Intern you will learn to examine vehicle for collision related damage and document the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicle to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Greet each guest in a professional and courteous manner, expeditiously determine guests' needs and ensure they are introduced to the appropriate teammate that they will be working with;
    2. Write collision estimates for customers, both insurance referred and walk-in, "sell" the company and quality of product and capture repairs when possible;
    3. Review all vehicle damage with customer, determining related and unrelated damage;
    4. Educate the customer about the collision repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time, and secure written work authorization for repairs from vehicle owner;
    5. Prepare all repair damage reports in an accurate and precise manner, verify damage on estimates written by the insurance company, ensuring accuracy of parts and damage;
    6. Supervise and route each repair including disbursement of all paperwork, scheduling, monitoring repairs, negotiating repair times, coordinating sublet work and all other aspects of the repair necessary to provide the consumer with the most expeditious and high quality repair available, verify and secure payment from both insurance company and customer;
    7. Update the customer on repair status throughout repair, document all communication with customer and insurance company;
    8. Use tact and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers;

    Auto Body Repair Technician

    Job Summary:

    Repairs accident related damage to vehicles, restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications. Service King Body Technicians are essential to the repair process and must be able to perform quality repairs in a timely matter, always keeping the customers satisfaction in mind.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process;
    2. Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status;
    3. Performs quality repairs; while keeping in mind on-time status;
    4. Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost and cycle time;
    5. Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders
    6. Participates in all required safety meetings;
    7. Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools;
    8. Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks when needed, i.e., unusual problems or questions, explaining procedures to assistant, etc

    Qualifications:

    1. Ability to use frame machine;
    2. Certification in body repair preferred;
    3. Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer;
    4. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed;
    5. I-CAR welding certified;

    Paint Helper

    Job Summary:

    Performs all vehicle prep work for the refinish and assembly process.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters;
    2. Assisits painter in pre-paint blending needs;
    3. Works with paint team to assist in keeping vehicle on track for scheduled delivery time;
    4. Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicles for painting;
    5. Buff and wax the finished paintwork;
    6. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment, using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning duties;

    Qualifications:

    1. Prior experience in vehicle paint process;
    2. I-CAR certifications preferred;

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for complete refinish process of vehicle.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Performs all refinish work according to specs;
    2. Select paint according to company requirements, and match colors of paint following specified color charts;
    3. Responsible for communicating vehicles stage in paint process;
    4. Monitor painting operations to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks, and correct their causes;
    5. Mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors, then stir and thin the paints, using spatulas or power mixing equipment;
    6. Follows OEM standards for blending formulas, top coat application and curing;
    7. Apply designs, lettering, or other identifying or decorative items to finished products, using paint brushes or paint sprayers;
    8. Verify paint consistency;
    9. Lay out logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces, according to blueprint specifications, using measuring instruments, stencils, or patterns;
    10. Works with paint team to assist with keeping vehicle on track for scheduled delivery time;

    Job Summary:

    Prepares vehicle for repairs process by pre-washing vehicle as well as detailing and final washing prior to customer pick up.

    Corporate & Call Center Representative

    Job Summary:

    Provide the best possible customer support to users of the Customer Care Center (including customers, shop personnel and insurance partners) to maximize sales revenue generated through capturing sales leads.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Respond to inbound calls and assist callers in any way possible within the confines of company policies;

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for providing support through timely problem diagnostics and repair of systems errors as reported through company help desk. Ensure that equipment is repaired and fully functional to its original state. Occasionally drive to a Service King location to install hardware and connect to network.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Diagnose and repair failed hardware platforms in a timely manner;
    2. Ensure repaired platforms are fully functional by performing all necessary testing;
    3. Gather and analyze information, identify and resolves problems in a timely manner;
    4. Responds to requests for service and assistance in a timely manner;
    5. Responds to inquiries concerning systems operations and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operation problems in a timely manner;
    6. Provides updates, status and completion information to internal customers;

    Qualifications:
