Service King Collision Repair Centers Continues Expansion with Acquisition of Greulich’s Automotive Services Collision Division

RICHARDSON, TX – March 27, 2013 – Service King Collision Repair Centers, a multi-state operator of high-quality collision repair facilities and the fastest growing U.S.-based collision repair company, announced today it has acquired the collision division of Greulich’s Automotive Services, effective immediately.

Service King, now with over 80 locations in Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, will take over the ownership and operation of Greulich’s Scottsdale, Mesa and Peoria, Arizona collision repair locations. Greulich’s Automotive Services has been a leading provider of automotive services throughout the Phoenix metro area since 1977.

Service King Collision Repair Centers’ acquisition of Greulich’s Automotive Services collision division officially closed on March 26, 2013.
