The transaction was completed and closed on December 20, 2012.
With this single location acquisition, Service King will provide our new customers with the same outstanding customer service and quality care that the other nine Service King locations thriving in the San Antonio market currently offer. The team at Auto Crafters Collision Center has built their reputation on performing quality collision repair with friendly customer service, and that tradition will continue with a team of 20 teammates able to repair more than 300 cars per month out of the 28,000-square-foot facility.
