Service King Collision Repair Centers Launches National Expansion With Arizona Partnership
Service King partners with the 8 Stores of Auto Body World, Inc.
RICHARDSON, TX – September 28, 2012 – Today, Service King Collision Repair Centers, the fastest growing United States based collision repair company, announced that they have closed on the acquisition Auto Body World, Inc., the leading and most reputable collision repairer in Arizona, with eight large scale, high volume locations throughout metro Phoenix and Casa Grande.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. By joining Service King, Auto Body World becomes a part of the third largest collision repair company in North America with 50 Texas locations throughout the Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin areas.
Service King's expansion across Texas over the last three years has taken Service King from the 6th to the 3rd largest collision repair company in North America, doubling revenue and location count.

Service King Collision Repair Centers was founded 36 years ago by Eddie Lennox, with one location in Dallas, Texas. The Carlyle Group bought a majority stake in Richardson-based Service King last month, providing the capital necessary to grow nationally. Service King now serves the states of Arizona and Texas with 23 Dallas-Fort Worth locations, 12 Houston locations, 9 San Antonio and 6 Austin locations.
